Individual Therapy and Coaching
We offer individually tailored coaching and psychotherapy. Meet with the therapist of your choice for an in person assessment and develop a personalized plan for healing and transformative growth. Benefit from our years of experience helping clients move past their struggles to live the lives they have always wanted. Meetings are typically 45-50 minutes, taking place in our cozy, light-filled office in downtown San Luis Obispo. The frequency of your meetings will be tailored to your specific needs. Meet with one of our licensed psychologists to explore your next steps in your healing journey.
Nature Therapy
Take your therapy sessions outside for a bonus boost of nature and exercise. Experience the difference made by simultaneously walking and talking in the outdoors. Don’t miss out on this unique experience of talking with a licensed psychologist while moving your body! Nature therapy is great for a one time solution-focused session, a check-in, coaching session, or for ongoing weekly therapy. These meetings are typically 60 minutes, meeting in a public, but quiet area mutually agreed upon by you and your therapist.
Video Therapy Online
We offer video therapy online (telehealth) for individuals who are on the go or are located anywhere in California. Research has found that online therapy is just as effective as in person meetings. Experience meeting with a therapist in the comfort of your own home or wherever you have an internet connection. We offer the same in-depth individually tailored coaching and psychotherapy. Sessions are typically 50 minutes. You are able to mix and match between in person sessions, nature therapy walks, and video meetings to best meets your needs. As always, the frequency of your meetings will be tailored to your specific needs.
Investment
Session fees range from $150–$275. We’re an out-of-network practice, so you pay us directly (credit card or HSA/FSA). We can provide a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance—you may receive partial reimbursement, depending on your plan.
